Alpinn Hotel Istanbul

Perfect location just steps from the tram station and very close to the Grand Bazaar. The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout, and the breakfast is outstanding with great variety and quality.Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Good location

I stay in that hotel quite often while in Istanbul. This time I got the room with a bathroom of very uncomfortable layout and a shower where I do not fit (and I am only 182cm tall), toilet where I do not fit etc. There are much better rooms in that hotel, so you should always ask for a bigger room

The ceiling in the shower compartment is so low that being as tall as I am (and I'm 182cm tall :-), you'll keep hitting your head to the ceiling while taking a shower :-) There was no flush water running in the toilet, so I had to use a waste bin as a bucket to flush the toilet :-)

Free shuttle to the airport was included in our booking (it was written in big green letters in the middle of the booking information) but hotel refused to give us this service pretending that they have no idea about it. We had to ask about it few times and every time receptionists behaved as they don’t understand what we are talking about. Moreover some receptionists don’t speak proper English and it’s almost impossible to understand what they are trying to say. Quite strange for a hotel that accepts international tourists.Internet in the room is terribly slow although in our booking it was mentioned High speed internet. Water in the shower was rapidly changing from hot to cold and vice versa. Mattresses were so soft that it was impossible to sleep. I don’t recommend this hotel because booking information is way far from reality and it’s not possible to get a service mentioned on the site.

My feedback is extremely positive, the room was small but very good also the bathroom had a good dimension. The staff was very helpful and I'm very grateful to the room's staff who found my gold earing I lost probably sleeping in my bed. The position was excellent, in a quite street but in a central position close to public transport and close to the most important historical and touristic sites. I highly recommend this hotel to people who want to stay in Istanbul for vacation or other reasons.

I liked the location only ,nothing else

the room was extremely small ,10sqm, not what I had reserved , not enough room to walk , Wi-Fi was terrible , we used our mobile net , they turn off the A/C system 4 hours at mid night , room was really hot ,we did not enjoy at all at this hotel

I really liked the staff, they were kind and paid attention to us.

I would love to find next time a more cleaner bathroom maybe and another kind of blanket to use overnight.

A 10 sqm room so we can’t move around, a very small bed for two , a very small bath , they stop the air conditioning every day at night ,that was nightmare for us , sewage smell from the toilet,

one person of the staff in the morning the hot water finished so fast and only one of 3 took a hot water shower so when we came back in the afternoon i told the receptionist about that then he started screaming and complaining about me why I'm telling now i didn't like his way of treating people

Absolutely great location near Capalicarsi and other Bazaars plus Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque are close down the street.Staff was nice, I will especially fondly remember the cook.Food was good.

Sauna wasn't working.There was a message a couple of days before we went to hotel where we were asked to pay for the second time for our stay, and then they said that was a hacker's attack, that was weird.

Poor breakfast choices

Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is right in the center of the town. They cleaned the room everyday, they changed the towels. It is not the forst time I stay at this hotel and everytime i liked it.

The location was excellent, very close to the T1 tram stop and Vezneciler metro, which allowed me to get quickly everywhere in the city. The room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of food.

The bathroom wasn't perfectly clean, the shampoo and shower gel were already used, probably left from the previous guests. Although it was mentioned that the room had soundproofing, it was loud, I could hear what the people in the other room were speaking. Generally, I expected a little bit more comfort from a 4-star hotel. I have stayed in better hotels in Istanbul for a lower price.

Location

Too expensive. We have paid 300 euros for 2 nights for a room with 4 beds, 2 adults 2 children. The reservation was made 2 months ago. Was third time when we stayed there and LAST ONE. 5 euros guarantee for second key card, 10 liras for a water and normal price is 3 lira. 300 euros for 2 days...are we in Antalya?
